Hours

If you hit your quarterly target you work a 4 and half day week. Upon starting you have the option to work UK or US hours. We finish an hour early on Fridays and even earlier if you’ve hit your target that week.

360 Career Development Resourcer Career Development

Trainee Resource Specialist

Pass 6 month probation through successfully implementing initial training plan coupled with the appropriate desire and attitude.

Resource Specialist

Under regular guidance from team leader shows capability to understand a variety of markets and roles and will fill majority of roles without candidate drop outs.

Objectives to become Senior Resourcer: £100k of billings including 9 permanent placements within a 12-month period OR close 3 perm deals in two consecutive quarters, totalling at least £60k combined.

Senior Resource Specialist

Under minimal guidance from team leader shows capability to understand variety of markets and roles in depth and fill majority of roles without candidate drop outs. This includes being able to deliver on challenging roles.

To become Principal Resourcer: £160k billings in a 12-month period or less, including consistent permanent placements. At least 50% of the billings should come from permanent placements.

To become Team Leader: In addition to proving you can achieve regular placements as a Senior Resource Specialist you also lead by example when it comes to ‘The KDR Way’ and adhere to the KDR values. You will also show desire.

Principal Resource Specialist

In addition to a proven ability to place tough roles, you are able to map out a market and deliver on specific projects independently.

You will bill over £200k over 12months.

Team Leader

The successful development, coaching and growth of a team whilst placing regularly, leading to requirements to appoint other team leaders.

Resourcing Manager

Resourcing Manager has line management responsibility for Team Leaders and supports them in training and coaching of teams, whilst still billing.
