It’s quite difficult to find good candidates with the required skills in biology and coding that we need for all our bioinformatics positions. We noticed a distinct increase in the quality of candidates coming through Max when compared to the other agencies that focused on either coding or biology but not both together. Not only was this useful for our hiring pipeline, but also gave us confidence that we didn’t have to lower our high standards for the people we were looking to hire.
