US Associate Recruitment Consultant

I am an associate recruitment consultant at KDR Recruitment, focusing on the US market. I have been working in recruitment for around 10 months so I’m still pretty new to the process. Before starting in recruitment I sent 4 and half years in hospitality with a variety of departments including the spa, housekeeping, gamekeeping and culinary. After 2 and half years of working at the Celtic Manor Resort I decided to move my life up to Cheshire.

My favorite part of recruitment is the candidates, everyone I speak to is different and are in different situation.
