Our MD, Mark Dexter attended the MDM/Data Governance conference hosted by IRM and the message was clear “You might as well forget your sexy big data if your data isn’t managed in the first place”. To have the confidence that your data is valuable, it needs to have been properly governed and managed from the start. It’s a simple but effective strategy and ignoring it could be costly.
