Phone interview

For many a phone interview is the first step in the recruitment process, most companies use these to access the initial quality of a candidate and their personality without having to take a lot of time out for a face-to-face.

As the phone interview is the first phase it is important to get it right in order to progress to the next stage. What can you do to win at a phone interview?
