No matter what industry you are in finding the perfect candidate can be a struggle, this is particularly true in the data and Information Management industry as this is a highly skilled driven market many of the candidates are passive and therefore not actively job searching. To help you find the right people you might use a recruitment agency but why should you use a specialist data recruitment agency?

Why pick a specialist?

All niche, specialist recruiters will have a wide talent pool all within their chosen sector, they will have a massive pool of candidates on in house databases specific to their industry, meaning only relevant candidates and CVs make it through to you – this allows the recruiter to save time on sourcing and finding the right talent for your role which gives you, and me, more time and the chance to focus on the important things.

KDR Recruitment has been recruiting in the niche sector of Information Management and Analytics for 14 years. This gives us a wealth of knowledge, a huge database of candidates and relationships with industry thought leaders. Our strong database also means we have access to the best candidates around. We are constantly updating our knowledge base through monthly industry sessions and attending meetings and conferences – only last week I was watching the great Woz at Business Rocks (#BR2016) in Manchester, and this week I attended my first Hadoop meetup in Manchester which was hosted by Mike Ferguson. Through attending these conferences I am constantly learning new things and updating my skills.
