Leading information management recruiter, KDR has doubled traffic to its website and quadrupled candidate applications over two months, following the launch of a new website and branding.
The company embarked on a full appraisal of its marketing activity to strengthen its position in the sector; becoming the first choice for employers seeking information management experts by better engaging with the data community.
As well as offering the latest jobs, www.kdrrecruitment.com has been developed to feature industry news, opinion and advice, as it seeks to become a trusted information source for the sector. The rebrand, including a new logo, has worked to develop a tone of voice which reinforces KDR’s core value of integrity across all of its dealings with candidates and clients.
Activity is reinforced by regular e-newsletters as well as using Twitter and LinkedIn to further engage candidates and employers.
To support the growth, KDR has appointed Liam Burke, who has recently graduated from Sheffield University, as a trainee recruiter. The company has also introduced an apprenticeship scheme to nurture new talent and help build a strong succession plan for the future. Rachael Berry joins KDR as the first apprentice, her initial focus is to support the administration team on data cleansing.
