The Use of Data Analytics in Recruitment

Social Networking sites such as Linked In and Twitter are a great way for both recruiters and job seekers to connect and stay in touch, but more importantly it’s a fantastic way to keep up to date with latest industry news, trends and get involved with relevant discussions.
Last month we spoke to many of our current contractors and candidate network to find out how they are using social networking sites and what news they would like to hear from us. Nearly everyone said the most important thing to them was to keep up with market information so this will be our top priority!

One thing that came out of our recent survey was that although not all of our contacts use Twitter, practically everyone is on Facebook! We have set up a Facebook page and will be using it to keep our contacts up to date with all the inside KDR news and photos and so you can hopefully get to us know a little better! “Like” Our Page!
