Become a part of the KDR way
When you join KDR, you’re not just joining a recruitment company you’re joining a family of dedicated specialists. We look for individuals that are passionate about providing the best possible services to our candidates and clients.
The KDR culture is one that is friendly, collaborative and grown up. A place where people feel supported and colleagues treat each other with kindness and respect. It is a home for individuals to thrive and grow their careers.
There are lots of opportunities to get involved in aspects of the business that you may not typically be exposed to in any other recruitment business. We are interested in providing opportunities for people to get involved in areas that interest them. We run a Champions programme where you are encouraged to lead and mentor on different aspects of the business, this could be anything from new technology for the business, to diversity and inclusion programmes or best in class customer experience. You are given the tools, the coaching and the opportunities to effect change in the areas you wish to deep dive into.
As part of the KDR family, you will have access to progressive learning and development. We have our own inhouse training programme to progress you in your role. You also receive on the job training via colleagues and managers, all designed to ensure you are growing and developing in your career. We work with an external training expert to help embed all that you are learning within the context of the wider recruitment profession. Our aim is to keep working with you. Many of our staff have been with us for over 8 years, starting in entry level positions and now running teams and sector areas.
We’re going from strength to strength by working with fantastic, prestigious clients, filling some of the top data, technology and analytics jobs and we’re far from finished. Can you help make us even better?
