About the role:

You will be required to work with other hand selected employees within the sales team, it will be part of our role to build, develop and maintain client relationships. It will also be part of your duties to prepare for the companies ten fold predicted growth over the coming two years. You will be responsible for maintaining existing strategic relationships, however your main responsibility will be bared around developing new key accounts. 

Skills required:

  • Manage all elements of revenue generation including new client acquisition, existing client renewals and expansion and business development
  • 5 + Years Retail or Marketing Experience
  • Manage and inspire a team of Business Development Execs and SDRs
  • Directly manage strategic accounts with 7-figure implications for the company
  • Forecast company revenues accurately, while deeply understanding sales dynamics by continuously developing greater insights via Salesforce
  • Optimize sales processes, tools and collaboration with marketing / lead generation
