I am currently working alongside a leading vendor of BPM & ECM software in the search for a UK/Europe Head of Sales join the team.

The company is a fast-paced, high-growth software enterprise, the target market for this role is Banking/Finance. You will be managing the full sales process from account identification, penetration through success deployment.

Reporting to the Chief Operating officer you will have the following skills:

  • Player/Coach mentality, experience setting up a sales team 
  • Experienced in setting up and building the complete sales organization in a geography is a must.
  • Sold Software Solutions to the Banking Industry
  • Created Sales Strategy and set goals
  • Plan, Control and direct activities of the sales team
  • Strong understanding of business goals and ROI/Market share growth.
