Technical Support Analyst

The company that I am working with are a Cyber Intelligence firm that has created a product that detects, analysis and remediate all kinds of threats and malicious information in the clear, dark and deep web.

The responsibilities of the Support Analyst are;

  • To provide first and second level support to the global customer base.
  • Demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot and investigate incoming requests within strict SLA boundaries.
  • To be able to guide customers them through the features of the software and best practices.
  • Create and manage escalations to the intelligence teams, product managers and R&D teams.
  • Communicate with other teams to keep everyone aligned about feedback and technical problems.
  • Provide first response analysis you the proprietary platform and browsing deep / dark websites following customers request.

What you will need to be part of this team as the Support Analysis;

  • 1+ years providing product support in a SaaS platform.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to grasp technical concepts.
