Technical Support Analyst – Texas

Technical Support Analyst, Tier 1 and 2 | Texas | $65,000 – $68,000 per year

As a Technical Support Engineer – Tier 1 and 2 you will need:

  • 1+ years providing product support in a SaaS platform.
  • Knowledge with troubleshooting Operating Systems either Windows or Linux
  • Knowledge of communication – network structure (LAN, WAN)
  • Customer oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

This role will see you:

  • Deliver first and second level support and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) services to a global customer base.
  • Have the independent ability to troubleshoot & investigate incoming requests within strict timelines and SLA boundaries.
  • Help customers and users get the most out of the software and advise on best practices.
  • Manage escalations to intelligence teams, product managers and R&D teams.
  • Provide first response analysis using the Company’s platform and browsing deep/dark web sites following customers’ requests
