What’s involved?

  • New business sales is the essence of this role. Self-lead generation and appointment making is essential.
  • Full life cycle sales to enterprise businesses (over 10,000 people)
  • Cannot be afraid to pick up the phone (there is a lead generation team however, it’s in its infancy).
  • Win and close new business, manage and maintain accounts you own.

Your new place of work:

  • Your new place of work is a US start up organisation who have produced a HR software tool to help organisations streamline their recruitment process.
  • Pre-IPO, stock options available.
  • New in the UK with excellent career progression available

Your experience:

  • 5 years+ field sales experience
  • Software as a service sales experience
  • Have enterprise sales experience (over 10,000 users)
  • Average deal size of between £300,000 to £1 million
