Are you an experience Digital Product Manager with strong UX/CX knowledge?

Do you work in an Agile environment?

Do you have a passion for Product development with an interest in working for a business who have just secured further funding?

This business is going from strength to strength and due to continued growth, they are search for a Senior Product Manager to lead their customer experience & growth within the Digital team. Being responsible for new product development, you will be the figure head to make this company stand out within its marketplace.

Your role will involve;

• Creating, defining, developing and implementing the customer experience strategy and roadmap sitting between Marketing, IT & Data
• Creating an Agile delivery team
• Customer segmentation and user research to gain further insight into product decisions
• Be the digital expert within the business owning customer experience & journey

As Senior Product Manager your experience will include;

• Passion for UX / CX with proven experience working within e-commerce
• Experience working within Agile product development
• Digital analytics experience with knowledge of performance metrics to improve customer experience
• Ability to lead and coach
