Your new company are embarking on a digital transformation programme, that will impact their customers across Europe. We have worked with this company for many years, successfully placing candidates in numerous roles. They are based North of London and understand that work life balance is important so offer 1-2 days working from home with flexible working as well.

The Position

Your new role will see you being responsible for managing customer data, through strategy and road maps. Your work will be impacting customers across the European market which is a crucial to the business. Due to your expertise in this area, you will also lead on the continuous improvement surrounding customer data.

  • Experience in Customer Data Strategy and Road Mapping
  • MDM (Master Data Management) experience
  • Experience of being in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) environment.
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be great but not essential
  • Experience with wider Data Management experience is a bonus such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Migration, Metadata Management etc.
