You will be joining a company that are going from strength to strength who have just doubled in size for the 4th year in a row! They have big plans in 2020 with hiring of an additional 70 Engineers to complement thier current team. As a Senior Java Developer your role will be pivotal in helping define their products as they move forward, you will split your time between writing clean, well structure code and coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team.

The tech:

  • Java 8
  • AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
  • Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Mercurial, Junit
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Tomcat, Websockets, HTML5
  • SQL, MongoDB, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake
  • Ubuntu Linux and Amazon Linux

The skills you’ll need:

  • Proven Java programming experience
  • A good knowledge of Databases
  • Linux exposure (ideally)

It would be a bonus, but NOT essential if…

  • Had knowledge of open source tech such as AWS, GCP or Azure
