My client is looking for an experienced Senior Insights Analyst to join a growing and highly respected Insight team. You will be responsible for managing business critical End to End Customer Insight projects that will change the way they work with customers in the future

My client are undergoing an exciting period of transformation where as they implement new technology which is giving more “live” data than ever before it will enable decision making that puts the customer first. You will be working on key projects from conception to completion.

The core skills for this role are:

  • You will preferably have experience working with large data projects from start to end
  • You will have a working knowledge of R, Python, SAS and SQL
  • You will have experience working with a large customer base and the ability to report back to senior stakeholders with confidence
  • You will preferably come from an insights background within either an end user, consultancy or customer focused organisations
