What you’ll do:

Contribute to the building of genomic analysis pipelines whilst analysing the processing of PDX sample genomic assay (sequencing / array) data into molecular characteristics.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in using genomic analysis tools 
  • Organising data and tracking the processing of batches of samples.
  • Understanding of basic interpretation of genomic variation and filtering of low-quality calls.
  • Python programming experience, or an alternative scripting language.
