All recruitment consultants and resourcers are issued with a LinkedIn recruiter account and advertising allocation.

About you:

  • You will have some professional level recruitment or resourcing experience
  • You want to focus on the candidate generation and management side of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management
  • You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You will pride yourself on the quality of your work and on the relationships you build with your customers and colleagues. 
  • You will be a driven, ambitious self-starter who is goal and reward orientated and who appreciates having a structured career development plan
  • You will be a team player who thrives in a successful environment and appreciates that everyone needs to work together to succeed and is reliant on each other, whether they work in  sales, resourcing or marketing
  • You will not cut corners to achieve a short term goal

Main Purpose of role:   

To provide a steady pipeline of suitably qualified candidates to fill our clients’ requirements.  To learn our business and our candidate market to enable us to attract the best available and passive talent before our competition, by proactively building a candidate community /talent pool.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Find and engage passive and active candidates for our live jobs effectively using all available sources including but not limited to our in house database, third party job boards, social media, headhunting and recommendations/ referrals.
  • Identify marketable candidates and gain trust in order to pro-actively take to market via Account Manager.
  • Development of our in-house candidate database through proactive phone, email and social networking
  • Taking and understanding detailed job briefs to fully understand the roles and clients we work with including on client visits with account/delivery specialists as required
  • Writing and posting compelling job adverts
  • Thorough qualification of candidates prior to CV submission 
  • Effectively managing candidates throughout the process including offer and post placement care
  • Building a network of top industry talent and maintaining lasting relationships through LinkedIn, our CRM & Hotlist.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and excellent commission scheme
