Why are we hiring?

We are re-establishing our brand with the aim of having an intense desire to listen to our customers. 

What you will be doing:

You will set up a customer panel, developing a suitable programme of research with this organisations customer base. This will include customer satisfaction studies, surveys & questionnaires, brand testing, holding work-shops etc. 

You’re going to need to able to establish yourself as an authority within the business. You will work across all areas in the business but will predominately involve working with IT and the Product Management team. 

You’re also going to need to be comfortable presenting as you will be tasked with relaying the information from your studies back to the business and trying to help shape the way this business deals with its customers. 

Key skills needed:

  • Project Management experience – customer focussed would be ideal
  • Experience of engaging with customers from a range of backgrounds
  • Need to be able to manage projects that cut across functional teams – IT, business etc. 
  • Stakeholder Management – Ability to communicate effectively with IT & business
  • Qualitative & Quantitative research experience
