Marketing Data Analyst | Remote (with travel to Manchester) | Salary £40,000-£45,000 Base + Benefits

This opportunity will see you working in a newly formed Data Analysis & Insights team as a Marketing Analyst. This is a technically challenging, hands-on role where you’ll have many learning opportunities from day 1. You’ll also use your stakeholder management/relationship building, and technical skills with some of the best tech the market can offer in an autonomous, fast-paced start-up environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Data analysis, modelling + discovery – with a keen focus on E-commerce & Marketing Datasets
  • Analyse Marketing campaigns, perform A/B testing of various campaign types
  • Support data capture expansion within campaigns e.g., through UTM parameters, exploring captured campaign aspects such as CTA, creative, channel & how these relate to conversion.
  • Aid with development & tracking/reporting of a clear attribution model, helping to establish rules for crediting sales & conversions to different touchpoints in conversion paths.
  • You’ll identify user key demographics and how these relate to interaction with the website, product, services, and campaign conversion goals.

Skills you’ll need:

  • Solid Data Analysis background having used SQL extensively – you’ll need a record of producing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • You’re naturally inquisitive. You love problem-solving and ask the right questions.
  • You’re a convincing storyteller who’ll tailor your findings & recommendations to the right audience, communicating them in inspiring ways to influence decision making.
  • Python & or R skills, & hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such (PowerBI, Tableau, etc).

What you’ll get in return:

Expect to work in a collaborative environment, working with people who strive to make the business better as they grow. As well as this, you can expect a generous salary of up to £45,000 + benefits, as well as 2 days working from home in normal circumstances, and WFH until at least April 2021.
