Lead Software Engineer – Java | Manchester | £55,000 – £75,000 per year

This role will see you combining your hands on technical expertise along with your skills in leading from the front. You will be managing a team of Software Engineers from all different levels, as the Team Lead you be part hands on in development while also being involved with strategy, coaching and mentoring of your team.

What You Will Need

  • Experience in a Team Lead position
  • Previous experience in a hands on engineering/development position
  • Experience with OOP languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++ etc
  • Proven experience of getting the most out of Engineers in a fast paced environment

  • Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Mercurial, Junit
  • Docker and Kubernetes
