Lead Integrations Engineer | USA, Fully-Remote | $170,000 – $220,000 + Equity per year

The Role

(Client is based in NYC, but the role is fully remote)

Our client is looking for a software engineer to take ownership over integrations for the business, including 15 or so native integrations, a REST API, and a dedicated API for analytics that sends high volumes of unstructured, analytics data. Their integrations are some of the best available in the market and they’d like someone who can extend what they’ve created into a system for building high-quality integrations.

What you’ll do as a lead integrations engineer:

  • Act as the technical lead for APIs and integration including some product management
  • At First, design and build some of their highest priority integrations
  • Define a long-term strategy and framework for new integrations
  • Create tools for support and success teams for debugging
  • Evaluate and purchase new tools for reducing build time
  • Design new integrations and integrate into a CRM

What you’ll need for the role:

  • More than 3 years of commercial experience building integrations
  • Solid skills as a software engineer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Ideally, experience with Node and TypeScript
  • Computer science degree
