My client is an international, high-profile organisation within the e-commerce industry who is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to be responsible for leading the support and infrastructure team, based at their head office in Central London.

Responsibilities of the IT Infrastructure and Support Manager:

  • Providing 2nd line support
  • Configuring, installing and monitoring computers and servers
  • Co-ordinating patch deployment on the infrastructure

Requirements of the IT Infrastructure and Support Manager ideally:

  • 5 years’ experience working within an infrastructure team
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal users
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise. 

Skills we are looking for (minimum of 2):

  • Windows Server 2012
  • Linux Ubuntu
  • Office G Suit (Google Apps)
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Experience with desktop and server troubleshooting hardware/software
  • Network (Switch, router, TCP/IP)
  • VPN
