Their unique software has unlocked the potential to sort through video and images in record time, sorting media by visual similarity, automatically tagging images and video and allowing you to manage and sort through content extremely quickly. 

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate on strategy with engineering leadership – building the roadmap for the organizations visual search technology
  • Coordinate prioritization and execution of projects with the product team
  • Continue to cultivate a collaborative engineering culture and actively encourage multi-functional collaboration

Ideally you will have these skills/background:

  • An academic background in a quantitative discipline at PhD or Masters level (Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Machine Learning/Data Science)
  • Very advanced skills within Machine Learning
  • Proficient in a programming language (Python, R, Java, Scala)
  • Knowledge of state of the art algorithms in computational linguistics, NLP, Graph Analysis and Complex Systems 
  • Leadership and strategic experience, combined with a hands-on approach
