Do you want to work for a large Global Retailer and be an integral part of how they use customer insights to grow the business? The Digital Business Analyst will be part of an internal innovation hub in the business with target to triple Ecommerce contribution to business in the next 3 years. Together with colleagues from Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Supply Services and business analytics this role will focus on the following key areas with special focus on CRM. 

Responsibilities:
 
In the role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing cloud suit to maximize business results
  • E2E process and functional understanding of marketing processes
  • Understand and drive a comprehensive data acquisition strategy to drive more effective marketing campaigns and sales models
  • Work with eCommerce, Marketing and IT partners to develop a platform that is fit for purpose
  • Develop and communicate clear business cases to drive ecommerce growth globally
  • Hands on capability to quickly adjust and improve processes.


Is this You? 

You must be able clearly demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced commercial environment
  • Practical experience of implementing/activating enterprise level Digital projects in one or more of the key areas of digital: 
  • eCommerce
  • eCRM
  • Social media
  • Digital analytics
  • Big Data (concept, capture and analytics)
  • Website development processes and content management
  • Social media operations (listening and marketing)
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Ability to consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to acquire appropriate business requirements
  • Ability to establish meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partners
  • Project Management and the ability to consistently managing deadlines and planning tasks across multiple resources and work streams.

You  must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Business analysis / requirements definition
  • Ability to communicate across all levels within the business
  • Possess a good understanding of a recognized Project Management Methodology

Knowledge of web technologies including: 

  • Content Management Systems
  • Google analytics
  • Creative problem solving skills and ability to work on own initiative to drive and deliver results
  • Team player
