KDR is working with an organisation who are world class when it comes to service. They are currently recruiting for a SQL Database Administration Expert, as well as somebody who has experience on enterprise database design, strategy and architecture. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to be working within the IT Team, who provide high quality technology services, to support this organisations strategy. You will ensure development around enhancing & managing applications to provision forward-thinking information systems. 

Working closely with the Network Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the organisations systems and be able to monitor and improve where necessary. 

What do we need from you? 

  • In-depth understanding of database security through the end-to-end process.
  • You will be able to assess and make recommendations related to database technologies. 
  • Microsoft SQL Server Experience, including SQL Server 2012 and ideally up to SQL Server 2017
  • Knowledge of SSRS
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • To be a highly capable, driven professional. 
  • As well as DBA work, you will have ideally been involved with some development work.
