Are you seeking that Data Science role that offers a little bit extra? Do you have the technical Data Science skills but also want to deal directly with various companies at C-level to understand their data requirements?

KDR is currently retained on a search for a business and commercially minded Data Scientist who can comfortably dialogue data science requirements to non-technical C-level members, through a sales cycle. The key factor to the role is when a business has data, they do not know what they want to do with that data, and you can talk about how Data Science & AI can translate data into ROI.

You will spend 50% of your time in a technical Data Science role and 50% of your time assisting the AI Sales Director with client requirements, additionally;

• Act as the Technical Lead in complex data science & AI projects and problems
• Involved in pre-sales, translation of DS approaches, project scope, definition, and delivery of the product to the clients
• Work with a team of 3 data scientists to deliver projects in machine learning, process automation, computer vision, predictive modelling, data management and more
• Fact-finding to quickly understand and client’s data estate and offer guidance on the ability to introduce data science
• Ultimately being part of the team to deliver revenue growth, project profitability & client satisfaction

About you;

• Business and commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability as a technical data scientist – any tech, any market sector
• Previous pre-sales or project-based Data Science experience highly welcome
