Data Quality Analyst

The role

Implement data quality and management projects for specified domains. Ensuring all allocated projects have access to accurate valid and reliable data through modelling and connecting the data with existing structured and unstructured data.

Work with business teams to identify data quality improvements and work with them to implement data quality strategies.

You’ll work with Data Lake, Integration and Master Data management tools and any other system or tool that may be required to ensure a consistent and accurate view of Data within the Organisation.

Manage and maintain one or more data repositories to ensure the business has relevant to access to key data as required. This should include management of on premise and cloud data repositories.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will need to have a passion for Data management, believe in the power of data and have strong drive to take the Data projects from start to finish.

You’ll need

  • Solid understanding of data quality concepts; experience of managing, controlling, reporting data quality and integrity
  • Ability to explain complex information to a variety of audiences and to think strategically to find solutions to problems
  • SQL skills – with table design and creation as a minimum standard, with the ability to manipulate fields, insert, delete and move data

It would be great if you had

  • Database Design or Data Modelling experience
  • T-SQL
  • Experience using Use of data quality management tools and MDMs
