I am currently recruiting for a Data Quality Analyst – Master Data, MDM, Data Governance to play a key role within a Global multi award winning business.

My client is looking for someone to come in and support the growing data function in establishing best practice data quality management. This is an amazing time to join my client as you will be seen as the expert on data quality, being responsible for keeping my client up to date on industry best practice, data quality tools and techniques. You will be responsible for building effective relationships with key stakeholders in order to develop a brand new data quality vision and strategy.

The role is mainly focused on bringing effective change by demonstrating and promoting how effective data quality management is essential to any modern business.

What you will do:

  • You will ascertain how data is handled throughout my client, driving process improvement where it presents a risk to data quality.
  • You will coach colleagues to get them to undertake business and quality rule specification, quality reporting and monitoring activities 
  • You will balance priorities and resources to inform solutions that meet their respective data quality aims.

The skills you will need:

  • Experience of developing and implementing solid data quality management processes.
  • A proven track record of using data profiling and quality software to identify and report on data quality issues
  • An understanding of database management systems with an ability to write and understand simple SQL statements.
