Data Engineer | Remote with occasional travel to Manchester or London | £50,000 – £60,000 per year 

Are you an experienced business intelligence engineer or have a background in software engineering or development? Are you a proactive thinker, looking to join an energetic team in a forward-thinking data driven environment?

Our clients are rapidly growing and are looking for a BI engineer to provide BI solutions to support all key areas of business.

As a company they are relatively new having been around for about 2 years. This company has the best of both worlds due to the fact they have the excitement of a start-up yet backed by their leading global parent company. A fast paced, progressive environment, looking to be at the forefront of data and technical advance.

What to expect:

• Working with all key functional areas of the business to provide actionable insights and solutions
• Using API’s to scrape data
• Working with the BI and development team to do integration, platform, design, and development
• Implementing power BI and the use of Metabase

What you need:

• Cloud experience is essential, AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake
• Full BI stack experience, data warehousing, data modelling techniques, and ability to create and present meaningful data visualisations
• You must have experience using Terraform
• Experience working with software systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with Python or R or dbt or Jinja etc
