Customer Success Manger – US, Remote

Customer Success Manger | US, Remote | $120,000 – $130,000 per year

I am currently working with a client who specializes in helping Customer Success Teams better retain businesses through automation. They have recently been granted Series A funding, and they are looking to bring in a second Senior Customer Success Manager / Client Manager to join their growing team.

 

The client I am working with is selling an industry-leading solution that enables companies to see in real-time how their product is performing, giving better information to Customer Success teams so they can act quickly to resolve issues.

 

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the company’s success as they will be providing their customers with the technical expertise and professional services to ensure they are exceeding objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients to provide world-class customer service
  • Understanding clients needs to ensure they have the correct support
  • Identify up-sell opportunities
  • Support/drive new feature rollouts, including formal and informal training
  • Ensure that an implementation plan is in place for each new customer

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience onboarding clients & managing the relationship
  • familiarity with concepts such as APIs, cloud solutions
  • 1+ Years’ experience working in saas environments
  • Worked with CRM tools to manage clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Start-up experience would be great
