This Cardiff based organisation have thousands of users consuming critical business Data via their Database & Dashboards in this data rich environment, where actionable insight and data driven decisions are part of their culture.

With some of the most sought-after technology at their fingertips, they’re looking for you, a Customer Insight Manager to manage a team of Analysts in delivering amazing Analytics for their loyal customer base – which is well into the millions. If you love Data & getting value from information and making better business decisions from the analysis you and your team provide, this is the role for you.

Your New Team:

You’ll manage and mentor a lovely team of Marketing & Customer Analysts to deliver relevant customer profiling & segmentation. There are some existing propensity models built which you & your team will maintain and enhance, whilst utilising other techniques to understand and really drive value.

You’ll won’t be afraid to influence change and build relationships both internally and externally with senior stakeholders, so confidence in your decision-making is key.

Who Are You?

  • A manager with experience of delivering end-to-end customer insight, ideally in a B2C organisation within a busy Marketing / Communications function
  • You’ll develop and have significant autonomy concerning the customer analytics proposition. This includes suggesting new tools & techniques.
  • Proven in the development of customer segmentation to appreciate who our client’s customers are, improving the overall engagement/retention rates.
  • Someone who’s worked closely with Marketing/Comms teams to strategise and implement new ways to improve Marketing Campaign performance.
