As data is a growing area, especially customer data – my client is looking for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to help attract the right customers, at the right time to retain customers & new business.
You will be responsible for really showcasing what the data can do, with a slight focus on data management/governance. The role involves building & maintaining relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to ensure that activity is delivered correctly. You will be using a variety of methods to ensure that the campaigns are compliant & targeting the right customers.
Your role will be important in the delivery of email/marketing campaigns to their loyal customer base, so previous experience in customer profiling, customer retention statistics etc would be ideal, but not essential.
