Are you looking to provide insight to help manage customer & market research projects? Do you have experience creating surveys? 

As a vision, my client is looking to combine their social purpose and commercial drive to help create better value for their customers. Over the next 5 years they’re looking to investing 100m into technology. They are currently going through a huge expansion for their IT infrastructure, creating a large organisational change. Within this investment we are looking to hire a Customer Insight Analyst to better gauge and understand our customers

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will Interrogate business qualitative and quantitative research data to provide business managers with high quality customer insight.
  • Deliver research projects relevant to understanding their customer base, aspirations and interactions with services.
  • Present the results of customer insight in an accessible and engaging format to design the business.
  • Develop strong relationships with a portfolio of business stakeholders seeking to understand their customer insight needs and challenge them on what insight/analysis.

Skills you will need: 

  • You will have a working knowledge of Excel & SPSS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in quantitative research as part of a voice of the customer programme.
  • Exposure to analysing large data volumes 
  • Familiar with using advanced survey monkey functionality (or similar online survey tools)
