Why are we hiring?

We are re-establishing our brand with the aim of having an intense desire to listen to our customers. We are looking for an established researcher to help us manage the implementation of a customer panel and other customer insight tasks, including ad hoc analysis. 

The customer panel is a new endeavour and is being created at a time when the emphasis on the voice of the customer is growing within the organisation. We have a blue print for how we want the panel to work in the short term, but we need to be able to extract the learning from this initial phase to feed into the longer-term solution.

What you will be doing:

You will manage the quantitative research, managing samples, contact and ensuring survey questions meet business needs. You will need all the skills associated with managing samples, contact and ensuring survey questions meet business needs. 

You’ll working closely with stakeholders, gathering requirements and turning this information into intelligence questions within the surveys you will undertake. 

The skills you’ll need:

  • Familiar with software packages including SPSS, Excel, SAS
  • Stakeholder Management and requirements gathering experience
  • Experience conducting quantitative research
  • Familiar with online survey methods, ideally survey monkey
