Why not do all of this as a CRM Manager being part of a multi-national business who employs over 60,000 people! 

As CRM Manager you will be determining the Roadmap for the customer journey within this core division for the business. Whilst identifying user stories and priorities you will also work with the technical teams to develop further campaigns. 

CRM Manager, what you will be doing;

  • Full responsibility for the programme roadmap and delivery timescales
  • Develop and implement a set of marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion and retention of customers 
  • Define new requirements for the business on future marketing campaigns 
  • Working with the Analytics team to strategise rules of customer engagement 

About you;

  • Proven track recording with defining and implementing a CRM strategy 
  • Experience in managing and developing a digital product roadmap and lifecycle
  • Technically aware with the ability to build user stories 
  • Strong awareness of digital technologies
