I am currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to play a leading role in a global multi-award winning business. 
My client is looking for someone to come in and be responsible for developing marketing programs to deliver business value (engagement, conversion, retention) for a new phase of this organisations Customer Journey. 
The role is mainly focused on the delivery of the new marketing platform and the ownership of this platform, working with other teams and stakeholders in the business to improve the customer journey.
What you will do:
  • You will determine the Roadmap of development for the phase of the customer journey. 
  • Implementing a common set of marketing campaigns to drive engagement and customer retention
  • Interrogate performance reports and analysis to develop action plans to help drive performance optimisation.
What you will need:
  • Strong customer focus skills
  • A proven track record of delivering and managing different digital product roadmaps with a specific focus on marketing.
  • A proven track record of senior level business engagements with global contacts.
