I am currently recruiting for a CRM Manager – Marketing, Digital to play a leading role within a Global multi award winning business.

My client is looking for someone who can come in and help to drive the future direction of their ever changing Customer Analytics & Marketing function. This is an amazing time to join my client as you will be playing a critical role in which you will be responsible for the delivery of my clients marketing platform into both new and established growing markets, utilising the platform in order to improve the commercial benefit and customer experience.

The role is mainly focused on the delivery of the new marketing platform and the ownership of this platform, working with other teams and stakeholders in the business to improve the customer journey.

What you will do:

  • You will be at the forefront of defining and delivering a brand new CRM strategy.
  • You will manage and implement new cross channel CRM projects.
  • You will work with internal stakeholders to define and agree relevant KPIs in order to track the performance of the marketing platform.

The skills you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering and managing different digital product roadmaps with a specific focus on marketing.
  • A strong understanding of making change within a digitally driven business with large and complex data sets
  • A proven track record of senior level business engagements with global contacts.
