My client is a reputable financial services company who is currently seeking a CRM & Insight Manager working within the Marketing team to be responsible for customer insight and their digital marketing strategy. Role responsibilities of the CRM & Insight Manager:

  • You will lead the development and delivery of Data Strategies
  • You will own the CRM system for Marketing and Sales, managing the data elements to improve efficiency through strategy development. 
  • You will take ownership for data analysis and insight, identifying commercial opportunities to enhance the Sales and Marketing activities of the business.

The skills and experience the CRM & Insight Manager will need:

  • Good ccommercial experience with data analysis and marketing insight 
  • Strong data analysis and manipulation abilities
  • The ability to communicate analyses in a commercial context
  • Good knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Experience with CRM development and analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Technical knowledge: SQL, SAS, R, Tableau
