Client Engagement Manager |  New York – New Jersey | $130K-$170K + 10% Bonus + Equity

Are you a Client Engagement Manager with a strong background in working for either a consultancy or technology company? Do you have exposure/experience to areas such as Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, NLP or AI?

The question on “how do we understand someone as a human, from data?” is core to what our client are looking to achieve.

Our client aims to provide a solution to organisations focusing on customer analytics, they model user interests and behaviours, in turn applying this insight to solve challenging customer problems at scale and allowing organisations to make better data-driven decisions.

As the Client Engagement Manager, you will be…

  • Responsible for customer engagement, account management and delivery of success
  • Comfortable with working with clients and engaging with stakeholders
  • A key contributor for data projects
  • Responsible for identifying an opportunity to upsell analytics capabilities
  • Be the face of the company to the client

You will be joining a tight-knit team of like-minded individuals who have experience in contributing to data projects but want to be part of something bigger. To be a good fit you will need a sense of collaboration and an ability to think outside of the box.

Technical skills

  • Programming in either Python, R, SAS, Matlab or Scala
  • Experience in providing Insight and Analytics to Stakeholders
  • Understanding of Big Data solutions such at Hadoop, Cloudera, Hive, Spark, Impala
  • Experience working in BI, Data Analytics or Data Science.
