Business Support Administrator Role – Knutsford

Business Support Administrator role | Knutsford | £20,000 – £24,000 pro rata | Part-time 

Do you like getting things organised? Our Business Support team need you! We are lucky enough to be super busy right now and we’re looking for someone to come and work with our Business Support Manager Hollie, someone who will get stuck in and really embed themselves in the team.

About the Business Support Administrator role:

As a key member of the back-office team, there are loads of areas of the business to get involved in. The department is growing so it is a chance to develop your own skills and add your personality and skill set to the business. There is probably not one person in the business your role doesn’t help, so this is suited to someone who is motivated to improve processes and has the initiative to move on to other tasks once one area is complete.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Front of house including answering phones, meeting, and greeting guests.
  • Producing client/candidate contracts and ensuring they are stored correctly.
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the office environment.
    • Ensuring the office is well organised and tidy.
    • Replenish stationery/office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitor adherence to fire and health and safety regulations, by ensuring that all relevant procedures are followed.
  • Work with business support manager to assist with new starter onboarding.
  • Organising Work travel/accommodation booking including flights when appropriate.
  • Management of suppliers including tracking of any contract end/renewal dates.

The skills you’ll need.

  • Experience working in and admin or office environment.
  • A legal background would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to switch tasks rapidly.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to converse with people at all levels.
