Business Development Manager | USA, Remote | $100,000 OTE

I am currently recruiting for a start-up based out of California, they specialize in data transformation & full-stack analytics and have a team of world-class engineers to deliver on seven-figure projects!

As the Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with the CEO (Who remains hands-on) to hunt & qualify leads with potential enterprise clients. You will also have a passion for coaching partners to create long-lasting partnerships.

With my client being a start-up, we are looking for someone who can really show an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an amazing opportunity to have an impact on a growing business as they enter their next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Qualifying new opportunities
  • Maintaining the CRM

Qualifications

  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • 1+ years’ prior industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
