My client is looking for a driven Application Support Analyst to join their Application and IT Support Team.
As an Application Support Analyst, you will have ownership of everyday system tasks and investigations of software problems and incident service desk calls.
You will also be the key interface between the business and technical departments investigating initial issues, categorising the issues, creating initial work arounds, documenting problems and managing the problems through software development, testing right through to full implementation and validation with the business.
All they ask for in return is some experience working in a similar role, preferably 1-2 years and an interest in databases, SQL and Microsoft office applications.
