Our client has grown from a humble mail-order catalogue to a European leading eCommerce supplier in their sector and shipping to over 100 countries. They understand growth and that data is key. As part of their recent digital transformation, you will have a great chance to leave your mark.

They’ll need a Digital Analyst who can work closely with the wider digital team. Besides having an extensive understanding of data collection, assessing and auditing analytics tools and performing analyses on how to continually improve tags, you must also have strong commercial awareness as there will be times when you need to make a business decision.

You’ll be taking control of your Task Board, agreeing on priorities that are business-critical and setting timeframes for completion and being confident in making business decisions. Strong communication skills are required as you will be the key interface with the wider digital team. As well as:

· Planning and implementing tracking for new and existing website features

· Planning and delivering analysis to optimise website features

· Assessing and auditing analytics tools and data layer, improving website configuration

· Ensure marketing activities are tracked

· Solid understanding of front-end technology such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript and be able to identify, debug and resolve issues.

· Provide support to the digital team; assist with the development of reports and dashboards.

· Technical owner and administrator of Adobe Analytics within the company.

· Ensuring data collection hygiene and resolving data accuracy issues in accordance with GDPR
