Data Governance Lead | Cardiff | Hybrid | £60,000 – £65,000

We’re looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead who is not a stranger to leading a team in driving “best in practice” data management and governance policies and frameworks.

What you’ll be doing:

🔥 Owning and maintaining the Enterprise Business Glossary, Data Catalogue, and Data Dictionary

🔥 Leading Transformation projects to drive enrichment of these artefacts

🔥 Establishing mature processes, strategies, roadmaps, service metrics and governance:

• • Data Definition
  • Data Lineage / Meta Data Management
  • Data Quality Management

We’re looking for:

🚀 Seasoned Data Governance professional with experience in financial services or similar regulated sectors

🚀 Strong leaderships skills – here you’ll be managing a team of 2 juniors

🚀 Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

🚀 Strong understanding of data management frameworks (e.g. DAMA, DCAM or similar)

🚀 Someone who can hit the ground running & make an impact within this company

💰 Competitive base salary ranging from £60,000 – £65,000 + bonus
