Marketing Manager | USA | $130,000 – $160,000 per year 

As the Marketing Manager your role will focus on setting up a new go-to-market strategy for one of the leading companies in the ecosystem.

We expect your values to align with the company’s ethos. To never sacrifice quality or cut corners. Have a laser focus on customer needs, success, and satisfaction. Deliver on what you do and have a fun time doing it.

The mission is to build a marketing team in-house and grow our revenue by 50% over the next 2 years. We need someone who is experienced in leading a team and goes above beyond.

Day-to-day your responsibilities will be:

• Manage go-to-market launches, communicate the value of new or enhanced functionality.
• Develop campaign strategy and implement tactics that drive success and generate sales
• Create marketing campaigns that generate an increased pipeline and result in new customer acquisition.
• Handle branding and strategy for individual product lines

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B/B2C organization within e-commerce
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrated expertise leading brand marketing campaigns to drive demand generation efforts
• Ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements evolving business demands
