You need to be someone who can:

  • Demonstrate significant experience in the successful delivery of robust and sustainable data strategy, management and analytics with methodologies and capability models such as DAMA, DMBOK, DCAM and/or CDMC
  • Define a business’s data strategy including vision, objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Provide a clear assessment of data capability using capability / maturity models
  • Work with multiple business areas / stakeholders to identify pain points and root causes with their existing data framework and processes; taking into account data quality, governance and architecture to collate inputs and develop data strategy business case / road maps
  • Support the definition of TOM to sustain data strategy in BAU as well as supporting the development of data policy, standards and guidelines
