CRM Strategy Manager | UK, once per week in the office | up to £70,000 + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits

If you’re looking to take the next step in your career as a CRM Strategy Manager working for a multinational established travel brand offering a fun, flexible, and collaborative working environment, who are hiring due to expanding their team, please read this advert.

This is the role for you are data-savvy & enjoy building high-performing communication strategies. Here you will be managing two data professionals and working to plan, produce and deliver European CRM Programmes to build out and expand CRM capabilities.

What you’ll need:

• An understanding of the value of data and its uses to drive revenue & growth
• Prior Experience planning CRM activity within a pan-European organisation
• Ability to lead & inspire others
• Customer focussed with a passion for delivering great customer experience
• Planning & stakeholder management expertise
• Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Passion for test, learn & share culture
• Emarsys would be desirable, but not essential!
